About The Position

The HR Business Partner at Dart Container will play a crucial role in supporting the plant leadership team in Leola, PA by implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives. This position focuses on enhancing the human resources function within the facility, ensuring effective management practices, and fostering a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three years of progressive HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence decision-making and explain issues.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including creating reports and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal HR/employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to non-routine problems and apply new concepts effectively.
• Understanding of key HR metrics and principles/practices of HR.
• Experience using root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience using HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in the English language for effective communication.
