Come do work that matters. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our lean and impactful People team. Someone who can be a trusted advisor to leaders across Blend, guiding workforce planning, compensation, and performance management efforts, while also rolling up their sleeves to support key tactical functions like onboarding and data management. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably coming from a SaaS company.
