About The Position
Join the Clean Energy Revolution as an HR Business Partner at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be a valuable resource to employees and leaders within assigned Operating Unit(s) (OUs), providing thought partnership, guidance and support to executives, leaders, and employees at all levels of the organization. You will also drive proactive outreach efforts aligned with established people priorities and/or other HR activities related to employee experience/work environment, overall organizational effectiveness, and the development and execution of employee engagement strategies. This position will initially be responsible for providing HRBP support to the HR organization of approximately 260 employees, which is a critical and highly visible role.
