Currently, the company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR team, supporting specific segments of the business, including commercial, service, repair, and corporate teams. This position is integral to the team, serving as a bridge between HR and operations, ensuring that people strategies contribute to the company's overall success, and leading the talent strategy across the organization. The HR Business Partner will report to the CHRO and is ideally located in either Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX. The role encompasses various responsibilities, including employee relations, culture and engagement, talent acquisition and management, and strategic alignment. The HR Business Partner will coach managers on people management and leadership, provide guidance on employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while balancing company policy and employee needs. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive organizational culture, leading initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and supporting employee engagement through various programs and surveys. In terms of talent acquisition and management, the HR Business Partner will oversee the recruitment process, maintain recruitment trackers, coordinate new hire orientations, and assist with performance management processes. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives, acting as a consultant on HR-related matters such as workforce planning and organizational design. The HR Business Partner will contribute to the quarterly HR scorecard's metrics, ensuring that the HR function aligns with the overall business strategy.
