The HR Business Partner administers day-to-day Human Resources activities including policy and program management, recruitment, compensation, communication, and employee relations in efforts to establish a business partnership with internal and external clients. The HR Business Partner acts as an employee engagement champion and change agent. Formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added HR services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives. This role is a Human Resources individual contributor who supports and collaborates with the organization's management team. The HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives. This position is responsible for delivering a comprehensive and customer-centric driven people service, aligning both people management and business strategies. The HR Business Partner is an experienced contributor who supports and collaborates with the organization's leadership team. Key accountabilities include compliance and administration, local HR operations, recruitment, selection and onboarding, and HR program support.
