About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at PacificSource is responsible for developing and implementing HR practices and strategies that align with business objectives. This role acts as a consultant to business partners, an employee champion, and a change agent, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between employees and management. Requirements

• 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR practices and strategies across multiple domains including organizational development, succession planning, and employee retention.
• Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and diversity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees in assigned departments.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, strategy, and HR practices.
• Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and labor legal requirements.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and develop necessary practices and procedures.
• Use analytics to assess business issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and ensure consistent HR practices.
• Participate in developing department goals and monitor organizational culture.
