About The Position
Applied Materials is seeking an HR Business Partner V to join our team in either Phoenix, AZ or Austin, TX. As a global leader in materials engineering solutions, we are at the forefront of technology that enables the production of semiconductor chips and advanced displays. This role involves shaping HR strategies and priorities in collaboration with management, diagnosing business performance issues, and implementing appropriate interventions to optimize outcomes. The HR Business Partner will also conduct organizational assessments, develop talent strategies, and design change management initiatives. This position requires a strong partnership with managers and the ability to leverage HR tools and analytics to support business strategies. Additionally, participation in M&A diligence and integration from an HR perspective is expected, along with involvement in enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
