About The Position
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Harvard Law School is a strategic role within the Human Resources team, responsible for providing consulting services to business leaders in various HR areas including employee relations, organizational design, change management, and diversity initiatives. The HRBP will work closely with departments to enhance workforce capabilities, guide leaders in performance management, and support efforts to improve the work environment, all while promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB).
