We are seeking a confident HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR support and leadership to a hugely strategic, critical line of business: Customer Service Automation. This role will be a part of a fun, passionate, and dynamic global HR team. The position is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, designing organizations for maximum impact, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. The ideal candidate can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills and strong business acumen and works effectively across global locations.
