The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at BSH Home Appliances Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the business from a local perspective. This position requires a deep understanding of the business needs, allowing the HRBP to act as a strategic thought partner on all people-related topics. The HRBP will collaborate closely with business leaders and client groups in strategic planning and will serve as the local HR partner during transformation processes. The role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes, and coordinating the execution of HR core processes at the local level. In this role, the HRBP will implement people and organization strategy topics within the assigned client groups. They will be responsible for executing HR core processes, partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, develop, and motivate employees to achieve their fullest potential. The HRBP will also implement organizational development processes and support change management initiatives within the assigned client groups. Additionally, the HRBP will support HR projects at global, regional, and local levels, consulting with business leaders on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures. The HRBP will review talent opportunities and performance gaps, participating in talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for their assigned client groups. They will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and employee feedback to identify trends and make recommendations to business leaders. Protecting the interests of both employees and the company in accordance with company policies and governmental laws and regulations is a key responsibility. The HRBP will work closely with the People Partner on individual topics such as complex employee investigations and workers' compensation claims, and will collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions that support business objectives.
