About The Position

As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi-site RF&M business. This position collaborates closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and ensure our HR solutions are practical and scalable. A strong presence on the production floor, combined with data-driven insights and a passion for people, makes this role a key player in our business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Specific experience dealing with a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization (2-MA, CA & MX).
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  • Experience negotiating union contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing employee performance and driving succession planning initiatives, resulting in stronger talent pipelines, improved leadership readiness, and increased organizational bench strength.
  • Experience leading HR compliance efforts, minimizing risk, and ensuring 100% audit readiness through rigorous process controls and employee training.
  • Experience overseeing and maintaining a comprehensive Drug-Free Workplace Program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

  • Support and lead change initiatives, helping teams navigate transitions with resilience and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies that evolve with the business, ensuring compliance while empowering employee innovation and success.
  • Safeguard HR data integrity and drive the use of accurate, reliable information to support smart decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a proactive compliance management system, minimizing risks and strengthening the company's culture of ethics and integrity.
  • Monitor, investigate, and educate on compliance issues, leading initiatives that promote a strong, values-driven workplace.
