• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop performance review frameworks and standardized protocols for managing team member performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage vendor services and ensure cost-effective use of systems and services.
