About The Position
The HR Business Partner Lifecycle Services provides strategy to align business goals with Rockwell Automation policies, processes, and programs by guiding organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and creating talent effectiveness programs. You will demonstrate functional expertise and be seen as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders, while supporting the leaders to create a positive work environment. You will support our professional and managed support and services businesses and will support a global workforce requiring acceptance to work early mornings or late evenings to accommodate multiple time zones. You will report to our HR Director Lifecycle Services.
