We are seeking an HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Learning & Development (L&D). This role will design and execute impactful learning programs, drive talent development, and support organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the HRBP will partner with leaders to address broader HR needs such as performance management, employee relations, and organizational design. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who wants to balance strategic L&D initiatives with hands-on HR partnership in a fast-growing global company.

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive learning solutions to build critical skills and capabilities.
  • Develop blended learning strategies (classroom, digital, coaching, workshops) aligned with leadership and employee development needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and build annual learning roadmaps.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs and employee feedback.
  • Stay current with global L&D trends and integrate best practices into programs.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders, advising on talent planning, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance management, feedback, and team development.
  • Support workforce planning and talent mobility initiatives to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with HQ in Korea to align U.S. practices with global HR strategies and policies.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and develop solutions for improving employee experience and engagement.
  • Drive the annual performance cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end calibration.
  • Ensure goals align with both performance outcomes and behavioral values.
  • Provide tools and guidance to managers on giving effective feedback and coaching.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership development, succession planning, and OD initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of performance management cycles and HR best practices.
  • Experience with data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and guide talent strategies.
  • Fluency in Korean and English strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
