The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Retail is responsible for driving the people agenda for the store population. This leader will be an important member of their assigned leadership team and will contribute to the execution of the people strategy. The individual will be expected to be a collaborative partner and ensure the people strategy aligns with the needs of the business. They will lead the implementation of all HR programs with HRBPs to drive change across assigned business units.
