About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Datamark, Inc. provides essential HR consultation and support to the Information Systems and Project Management business unit. This role involves leveraging HR knowledge to offer tactical support across various HR functions, acting as a liaison with other HR departments, and managing the HRIS to ensure optimal functionality and user support. The HRBP is responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business objectives and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year in the Human Resources field or administration.
  • At least two years in an administrative or clerical position.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and presentation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of HRIS Systems Software.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work additional hours as needed.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Self-initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, including customization and upgrades.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users.
  • Collaborates with leadership to identify system improvements and implements solutions.
  • Manages permissions and access for HRIS users.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation for HRIS.
  • Compiles complex data reports for senior leadership and HR staff.
  • Acts as liaison for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Maintains knowledge of HRIS trends and technology.
  • Supports Corporate HR team with special projects.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
  • Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provides guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Inputs and verifies data accuracy in HRIS modules.
  • Processes HR changes such as new hires and terminations.
  • Assists with report generation and HR compliance audits.
  • Coordinates and maintains records for HR projects and training programs.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and processes paperwork.
  • Develops monthly HR metrics presentations.
