This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week onsite at our New York City locations (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island, and Newark, NJ locations as required). The HR Business Partner will be highly focused on relationship building, possess exceptional judgment, and be comfortable navigating complex situations. This individual should be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. Flexibility and a willingness to assist in various capacities, including special projects or recruitment support, are essential. The right candidate will be excited to be part of a high-performing HR team and will know how to work seamlessly as a contributing member of a greater team.
