About The Position

The HR Business Partner at Vision Integrated Partners is a strategic and hands-on role that provides comprehensive Human Resources support to dedicated business units. This position focuses on building partnerships with Business Unit Leaders and employees, offering both remote and on-site support, particularly for those residing in the St. Louis area. The role involves attracting, securing, motivating, and engaging talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years working as an HR Generalist or in an HR Business Partner role.
• 3+ years experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in ophthalmology.
• Confidence in learning and providing basic training on HRIS systems; bonus for Paylocity experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within given parameters.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate staffing and onboarding processes for dedicated business units, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition team, and Business Unit Leaders/Hiring Managers.
• Handle Employee Relations issues as the go-to person.
• Conduct company Compliance Training using Med Trainer and Paylocity learning modules.
• Conduct regular on-site and remote meetings with respective business units to align HR activities with business unit objectives.
• Consult with all levels of management and leadership to provide HR guidance and decision support.
• Coach employees and managers through HR-related issues using judgment that aligns with company standards, practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Provide regular feedback to management on key employee and HR data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
