About The Position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position at Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas, is designed to provide strategic and operational support to multiple business functions while aligning HR initiatives with corporate objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment laws.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.
  • High level of trust and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or technology industry.

  • Prior direct experience with positive employee relations and/or working in a unionized environment.
  • Developed analytical skills and ability to assess data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support in partnership with business unit leadership.
  • Plan and implement human resources initiatives to maximize organizational effectiveness.
  • Align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Coordinate with other HR functions to execute objectives consistent with corporate strategy.
  • Identify and migrate HR best practices on a regional/global basis.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with client groups to manage employee job performance.
  • Advocate and advise employees and leaders on career and leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Coordinate staffing forecasts and hiring activities with the Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Administer compensation processes and make salary recommendations.
  • Drive an environment of engagement, shared success, and continuous improvement.
