About the Team: The Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) team is the core revenue engine for TikTok, responsible for building the sophisticated advertising technology and platforms that advertisers use to connect with audiences worldwide. Our work includes everything from backend targeting signals and ad measurement to the tools for brand, lead-generation, and other large-scale advertising partners. This role requires 5 days in the office each week. The GMPT organization emphasizes the importance of in-person collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, which is why we follow an in-office schedule. Please note that our in-office and hybrid work models are regularly reviewed, and specific requirements may be subject to change. Responsibilities: As an HR Business Partner you will wear multiple hats, acting as a trusted advisor, a hands-on problem-solver, and a strategic project leader.
