Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned business unit(s) to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
  • Consult with line management to provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assess team and employee development needs, making recommendations and implementing solutions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on case management.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR operations to implement solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives within the business unit(s).
  • Act as an ambassador for TikTok's organizational culture and plan culture-related activities.
