About The Position
Moog Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner – Commercial Aircraft Group. You will work in partnership with the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) leadership team to achieve the overall global business objectives and initiatives. You will proactively identify, define and implement appropriate HR strategies to enable the business to increase performance. You will partner with the Strategic, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in managing the people management agenda and successful delivery of new and existing HR initiatives. You will be a member of the business management team and contribute to strategy development, policies and decision making beyond HR issues. You will manage various Group HR initiatives, including talent reporting, analytics, and HR program coordination.
