As a key member of the Human Resources Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters. This position combines the responsibilities of a traditional HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and effective resolution of workplace issues. This is an on-site position that will require the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week, and ability to support off-shift employees on a once-a-week schedule and as needed basis.
