As a Human Resource Business Partner Associate within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Downers Grove, IL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes HR information and provides regular management reports.
  • Utilizes standard tools and systems to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs.
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of HR information, data, and reports.
  • Provides solutions and makes business recommendations and presentations based on findings.
  • Coordinates human resources initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
  • Supports the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's human resource programs, policies and processes.
  • Serves as the point of contact on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to position management, requisition support, and organizational design.
