Aids the SDS HR Department in the day-to-day coordination, execution, and implementation of all the human resources functions, including but not limited to workers compensation, leave of absence, attendance policies, benefits administration, orientation, employee events, and onboarding. Assist in providing direct HR support to employees, Department Managers, and Department leads. Works closely with the HR Business Partner team to provide support with basic employee relations issues in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and in alignment with company policy.
