This is a full-time salaried position: Monday – Friday, 1st shift. The HR & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the all U.S. employees for U.S. health, welfare and retirement plans plus employees in our New Jersey office(s) and U.S. Field employees in coordination with the Corporate HR Function. As a trusted HR & Benefits Coordinator partner, the incumbent will work to provide support for key HR initiatives, projects and the day-to-day activities, administering policies and programs, with a strong focus on reporting, data integrity, payroll, new hire orientation, and various other HR-related programs/initiatives.
