This is a full-time salaried position: Monday – Friday, 1st shift. The HR & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the all U.S. employees for U.S. health, welfare and retirement plans plus employees in our New Jersey office(s) and U.S. Field employees in coordination with the Corporate HR Function. As a trusted HR & Benefits Coordinator partner, the incumbent will work to provide support for key HR initiatives, projects and the day-to-day activities, administering policies and programs, with a strong focus on reporting, data integrity, payroll, new hire orientation, and various other HR-related programs/initiatives. Requirements

  • Associates degree, required
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative functions (including data entry, file maintenance, generating reports)
  • Experience with Workday HRIS, required
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Advanced skill with Excel preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Corporate Office and U.S. Field Operations
  • Kronos data entry / system management for non-exempt employees
  • Leave administration (STD, LTD, FML, State FML, Parental Leave)
  • Support all aspects of Payroll (communicating with managers/employees; reviewing/addressing issues; updates/submits Intake sheet; answers payroll questions)
  • Processes HRIS (Workday) items relating to changes in compensation, reporting structures, offboarding, leaves, recruiting, etc.
  • Supports Catalent’s New Hire Orientation events (updating presentations and presenting)
  • Responds to inquiries in the Corporate / U.S. Field Employee group email box
  • Prepare benefit program appeals
  • Assist with benefit program & enrollment related questions
  • Other duties as assigned
