This position will provide Human Resources support services to all Kettering Health employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service. Works independently with direction from the leader. This position is responsible for intaking and responding to all inquiries from employees as well as conducting basic HR transactional activities. This position will drive customer questions and/or issues to resolution or escalate items needing specialized or advanced support. And performs other duties as assigned.
