About The Position

Responsibilities

• Support the St. Louis site with HR initiatives related to manufacturing and chemical packaging teams.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR support and solutions.
• Assist in talent acquisition and full lifecycle recruiting support.
• Consult and coach managers on performance management and talent development needs.
• Support HR leadership with research, project support, reporting, and analytics.
• Facilitate HR orientation and other training sessions as needed.
