About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team at our growing auto dealership group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate human resources records by processing all new hire and applicant documentation
  • Document HR activities by completing forms, logs, and maintaining organized records
  • Establish, maintain, and file personnel, employee, and medical records, along with related correspondence and organizational charts
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, ensuring the security of all HR data and files
  • Respond to inquiries from managers, employees, and external agencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Exercise sound judgment in identifying and addressing potential or existing issues, escalating to management as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform additional duties and support HR initiatives as assigned
