JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Human Resources Support (HR Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in HR or business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare onboarding packets, and assist with orientation sessions.
  • Process HR forms and data entry into HRIS systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening applications
