Your role as a HR Assistant As a Full-Time HR Assistant at HireLevel, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of essential functions that keep our HR operations running smoothly. You can expect to handle employee inquiries, assist with onboarding new hires, maintain accurate employee records, and help organize training sessions. Daily tasks may also include supporting recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documentation. You will work closely with a collaborative team, engaging in problem-solving discussions to enhance our workflows. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm while contributing to a vibrant and professional office environment. What you need to be successful To excel as a Full-Time HR Assistant at HireLevel, a combination of strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities is essential.
