About The Position

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Regional HR department with administrative projects and overall support. This individual must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the HR department, and must be self-motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality. This position will be onsite at the Regional Office in Temecula, CA.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required
  • One (1) to Two (2) years of Human Resources administrative experience required

  • Demonstrates knowledge and ensures compliance with the Joint Commission and Title 22 standards and guidelines
  • Demonstrates compliance with Healthcare policies and procedures at all times
  • Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public
  • Must have knowledge of PC and applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain positive relationships and courteous interactions with hospital staff and the public

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain personnel records and filing system
  • Assist with Recruitment and onboarding
  • Create new hire packets
  • Conduct OIG verifications for multiple sites
  • Various HR administrative projects
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
