INTERNSHIP TYPE: Internship - Bachelor's Level HOURS/SCHEDULE: Flexible part-time schedule within normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) DURATION: TBD PROGRAM/LOCATION: Windsor, CT Considering a career in human resources? The HR Intern will assist recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates, posting requisitions, maintaining applicant tracking system, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition, the intern will provide support to our benefits manager in the planning and execution of wellness events, staff communications related to benefits and may assist with open enrollment this spring. Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in or graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational abilities, professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in human resources functions preferred but not required
  • This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field who is eager to develop practical HR skills
  • This internship provides valuable exposure to talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement practices, and benefits administration within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
