BYU-Pathway Worldwide is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support institutional HR needs and contribute to various departmental projects. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, people management, and creating organizational impact. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Generalist to manage recruiting and onboarding efforts while taking initiative on administrative and project coordination tasks. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with others. While the position is temporary, lasting one semester, the intent is to provide opportunities for growth and development within the role. Exceptional performance may lead to continued employment or a transition into a full-time internship.
