About The Position

Duracell’s HR Connect platform (Oracle Cloud HCM) is the backbone of our global HR experience. As Oracle HCM Senior Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end health, roadmap, and business value realization of HR Connect—spanning Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, integrations, and analytics. You’ll lead a blended team of internal staff and partners, govern quarterly releases, champion a robust change process (CAB), and ensure service excellence through SLA‑driven application support. You’ll partner closely with HR Shared Services (HRSS), HR COEs, Payroll, IT Security, and Internal Audit to deliver secure, compliant, and user‑centric capabilities—and to sustain adoption via HR Connect help, job aids, and reporting resources. This role reports to the Director of Global Modern Work and HR Technologies.
