As the HR Analytics Manager, you will lead the HR Analytics function by defining and executing a comprehensive data strategy that delivers actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the HR organization. You will take ownership over the development and implementation of a long-term analytics roadmap, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to strengthen data-driven practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining global HR reporting and analytics within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards. Serving as a strategic partner to Global HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Technology, and business leaders, you will translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives that enable workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. As the HR Analytics Manager, you will lead a team focused on delivering actionable insights through Workday reporting and data analysis. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership to guide, develop, and motivate team members while ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in HR data analytics, reporting, and visualization, coupled with a strong understanding of Workday or similar HR systems. They blend technical proficiency with business insight, enabling them to transform complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at all levels.
