About The Position
Reputable Community Healthcare Clinic is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Analyst. Alliance Medical Center is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Analyst for 30-40 hours per week. The Human Resources (HR) Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the operational effectiveness of the HR team at AMC. This position provides high-level administrative and project-based support to the HR team and the Director of HR, with responsibilities that span credentialing coordination, documentation tracking, internal compliance, audits, and strategic HR initiatives. A key focus of this role is contributing to the ongoing digitization and automation of HR processes, which helps the team streamline workflows and enhance data integrity. Ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-curious individual, this role offers the opportunity to support the adoption of emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven tools, and ensure the HR function remains agile and responsive to AMC’s evolving workforce needs.
