About The Position

The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department in the Mesa, Arizona market, focusing on various HR-related duties. Requirements

  • Exceptional and effective writing, verbal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire orientations and process exit data
  • Assist with coordinating new hire paperwork and new hire orientations
  • Assist managers semi-monthly with payroll-related items
  • Act as the local HRIS expert and assist in training new and current employees on ADP Workforce Now
  • Maintain employee personnel and medical files for the branch
