About The Position

The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources and Training Teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing talent acquisition processes, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative and Human Resources experience.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ATS systems.
  • Competent in navigation and use of social media platforms.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance audits and training content management.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and support all aspects of HR meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and edit Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel files.
  • Pull and communicate reports from the Learning Tool.
  • Support compliance audits in the Learning Tool.
  • Assist with content creation on The Hub/krowD and manage krowD content uploads.
  • Partner with graphics and print teams for material edits and shipments.
  • Support NROs with shipping and organizational needs.
  • Manage the MITs experience through the hiring process, including background checks and travel support.
