The Human Resources Administrative Generalist provides essential support to the Human Resource Manager and District Managers by assisting with daily HR and office operations. This role is responsible for coordinating fingerprinting and payment collection, maintaining HR records, managing office supplies, and performing other general office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is based out of our Securitas office in Nashville, TN.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or front office administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and SmartSheet.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume office environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fingerprinting services for both Securitas Employees and the public, as required.
  • Schedule, process, and maintain accurate records of all fingerprinting appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements related to fingerprinting procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
  • Greet and assist employees, clients, visitors, and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and organized front desk operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
