About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for effective communication.

  • Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize scheduling effectively.
  • Time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Customer service experience of 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide key administrative support for the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager in all HR functions including recruiting, social media, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, retention, and benefits administration.
  • Greet current and prospective employees and assist them in completing applications, new hire paperwork, or other employment documents in either English or Spanish.
  • Oversee and manage the E-Verify process for the company, ensuring compliance and verification of employment eligibility.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate appointments for interviews, trainings, or other meetings to manage time efficiently and optimize productivity.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, imaging, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
