Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of HR processes and systems? Fairway Lawns, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company, is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Contractor to support our HR department. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, analytical, and passionate about maintaining compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance requirements (I-9, E-Verify, recordkeeping, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform general HR administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and file maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including proper completion and tracking of I-9 forms and E-Verify
  • Support the onboarding process and assist with pre-employment activities
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Generate reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel with high accuracy
  • Assist with offer letter generation and pre-employment screening coordination through third-party vendors
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support various HR initiatives and administrative projects
