Join our Human Resources and Administrative Resource team as an HR and Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in hiring and retaining quality talent while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will report to the Chief People Officer for human resources responsibilities and to the Office Manager in Seattle for office related functions. Working alongside our HR and Administrative team, you'll be hands-on with recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating employee development opportunities, while also providing essential administrative support. This includes handling paperwork, managing communications, and serving as the first point of contact for employee questions. We're seeking someone who is conscientious, proactive, and self-aware, and genuinely motivated by serving others and helping them grow. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to organize and manage time effectively will be crucial as you communicate and interact at all levels of our company, keeping everything organized and ensuring everyone feels supported in their HR and administrative needs. This is a hybrid role working in the office at least two days a week.
