The Human Resources Absence Management Analyst works under the direction of the Manager of Absence Management and is responsible for Absence operational issues, including being responsible for process improvements, software implementations and upgrades, mentoring and training team members, and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Absence Administration and Americans with Disability Act Amendment Act (ADAAA). Serves as a resource lead for the team, physicians, managers and staff. This position involves an extensive amount of interactive customer service.
