About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Strategic Advisor in the Strategic Initiatives Group directly supporting the SpOC/CC, SpOC/CD and Space Boss on how to develop, refine and implement operational concepts, enhance warfighting readiness, and optimize SpOC forces for Great Power Competition. The HQE will advise the SpOC/CC, SpOC/CD and Space Boss on how to develop, refine and implement operational concepts, enhance warfighting readiness, and optimize SpOC forces for Great Power Competition. The HQE will also provide recommendations for policy improvement, resource allocations, and risk assessments to SpOC/CC, CD and Space Boss. The HQE will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging their expertise to enhance training, exercise, and operations, and drive special projects that boosts combat readiness.
