We’re searching for a highly-skilled ops support manager to contribute to Sky Café’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority as we live our core value of performance excellence. He/She will be working with the Catering operations team to assist in project planning, training, financial analyst work, and station startups.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong background and enthusiastic spirit in the aviation industry, specifically Airline Airport Services or Airline Service Provider leadership preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to travel and be away from home base for extended periods of time (up to 80%) in the case of start ups only.
• Previous service related experience required.
• Previous positions include training and developing others.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering operational performance in an airport operations environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Very proficient working in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Above average organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in Business, IE, or other applicable degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations team to help support training, billing, pricing, and other functions related to the US catering operations.
• Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, provide status updates on performance against plan, and meet delivery targets.
• Able to review and monitor staff plans in various business units.
