About The Position

The Health Plan Analyst at Parkview North Hospital is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed analysis, trending, and reporting for the Employee Health Plan and Signature Care. This role involves utilizing industry knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data, benefits, and population health statistics to create reporting standards and support business decisions. The analyst ensures data quality through defined standards and participates in compliance reporting as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5 years of analytical experience required.
• Experience working with health plan administration and knowledge of health plan terminology, metrics, and claims data required.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple areas of the organization.

• Ability to interpret governmental reporting requirements and facilitate completion/submission.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally work flexible hours to implement solutions.
