All shifts are available in our HPP Production area. HPP HOURS (Mon-Fri) 1st Shift - 6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F 2nd Shift - 2:00 pm-10:30 pm M-F 3rd Shift 10:00pm -6:30am M-F Benefits offered at Universal Pure: Paid time off and holidays! Position Purpose: The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the Line Lead and shift Supervisor. This position may rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience is preferred
MHE/Forklift experience is preferred.
Ability to perform basic mental math
Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
Ability to maintain productivity, quality, and safety expectations, at all times.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs. on rollers occasionally
Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Packing and unpacking product
Loading and unloading carriers for the HPP machine
Stacking and building pallets
Labeling and code dating product
Sorting product on the line to remove off-spec product to a rework or disposal container
Cleaning and Sanitizing parts of the line during certain product changeovers. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment for parts of the work assigned (safety glasses at a minimum, required at all times on the shop floor).
Other Sanitation duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned
A Production Team Member should expect to be rotated off the line to another line or assignment if a Machine goes down for necessary maintenance or other reason.
