Requirements

  • Strong commitment to safety and following established processes.
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to adapt to changing task demands.
  • Capability to lift up to 65 lbs. overhead, stand/walk for the full shift, and work in a 35°F cold-storage environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous reach-truck/high-lift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Operate the High Pressure Processor by staging product, loading/unloading baskets, and running cycles per all SOPs.
  • Maintain strict standards in lot control, production paperwork, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used and cleaned according to established procedures.
  • Partner with Maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly; assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area.
  • Support continuous improvement and champion a strong food safety and quality culture.
  • Prioritize safety so every associate goes home safely at the end of each shift.
  • Operate equipment such as high-reach lifts, electric pallet jacks, center riders, pacers, and more.
  • Use warehouse management and Vocollect systems to complete assigned tasks.
  • Receive inbound product, Replenish pick slots, restock racks, pick orders, break down product, and load/unload trailers.
  • Support quality, inventory accuracy, and other operational initiatives.
