About The Position

Machine Operators are responsible for assembling machines, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting and working with small teams in the manufacturing facility. Machine Operators ensure all processes are done in specification and compliance to production and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) and safety regulations, technical experience in machine mechanics and equipment troubleshooting
• Self starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle allergens including peanuts and treenuts
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Bending and lifting up to 75 LB

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, team-focused and with the ability to hold others accountable

Responsibilities

• Operates the HPP (High Pressure Processors) machine by organizing product, loading and unloading machine, and running cycles in accordance to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensures all work-in-progress, supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and stored according to the SOPs
• Execute in lot control, production paperwork accuracy, and inventory control procedures
• Work with maintenance to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently and well maintained, perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the work area
• Champions production efficiency, continuous improvement, and a food safety and quality culture
